GRANGER ANNEX_GARLAND, TEXAS
The Granger Annex in Garland's Central Park has been transformed from a mid-20th-century army surplus building into a modern rentable community venue. The renovation exposes existing steel bow trusses and adds dynamic lighting to emphasize a vaulted interior while creating a welcoming entry plaza and shaded patio that connect seamlessly to the park.
